Policies

  1. NO PETS…NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING…Smoking is allowed outside.
  3. We have an all-concrete boat ramp.
  4. Also available is laundry, and an outdoor pool — all situated on 8½ acres.

5. We have a two day minimum stay our $50 cleaning fee for one night stay.

6. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation must be done 90 days prior to your arrival or forfeit your deposit.
  2. Failure to cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival day will not receive a refund or credit and you will be responsible for entire stay. Or a no show will result in a bill for the full amount of your reservation.

 

Credit Card Policy

We do accept credit cards there will be a 3.5% surcharge applied to your bill. This charge goes to the credit card company to pay fees not to Trace Hollow Resort.

 

Check Cashing Policy

We will be glad to take your personal checks. Checks returned for lack of funds will be charged a fee of $25.
